instructors can request course completion certificates for their students
I didn't find course completion certificates in netspace. It would be great if course completion certificates request will be addedd in netspace.

Great News! Course completion certificates and letters are now functional in NetSpace as well as vouchers. There is a brief video overview on the NetSpace Notes page (in the “About Us” menu) a new tutorial will be available by the end of the week (in the program menu), and you can learn more about vouchers and certificates at https://www.netacad.com/group/program/cisco-certifications-and-vouchers

These certificates are real motivators for our student classes; I was surprised to discover that they were not available in Netspace. More importantly, will they be available retrospectively to classes that we are currently running or have completed.

I agree, much needed. I am finding lots of items that were easy to use in NetAcad hard to locate or non-existent in NetSpace. Missing items like the completion certificates is not an improvement. No batch activation, not an improvement. Multiple activations, not an improvement. One improvement -- 30 day activations for chapter exams. Also categorizing assignments.

I agree. The course completion certificates and letters are one of the most popular elements of the old academy. Not only did this give the students something to add to their portfolio, they were an important motivating factor for my students. If and when you add this capability I hope it will be enabled for previous courses as well as current courses.
