  1. Certificate for Instructor Class

    Instructor Class certificate must be different from student class.
    Means when some one completed instructor training in any academy course in their certificate it mentioned that he or she complete instructor training for particular course.

  2. Track the Global IPD certificates fo Attendance in Certificates section

    can the certificates of attendance for IPD sessions be tracked in the Instructor's User Profile -> certificates section ?

  3. signature in certificate

    Need signature of instructor/ official in student certificate; IoE certificate give course completion but no signature place; It is not giving a authenticated look, please do the needful

    Thanks for the feedback. We recognize the enhanced value when the Certificate of Completion is provided with a signatory from NetAcad. As such, we will start to provide signed Certificates of Completion for the new self-paced courses. We will continue to propagate this enhancement when we have an opportunity to revise existing self-paced courses.

  4. Certificate download - primary or nominated instructor

    The bulk download for certificates/letters is useful but if there are multiple instructors attached to a course it would be useful to have the old 'primary' instructor role as the signatory on the certificates, or alternatively allow the instructor requesting the certificates to nominate the instructor name to appear on the certificates.

    At our institution the instructor downloading the certificates is often not the person who ran the classes and it doesn't make sense to have their name appear on the certificates.

  5. Ability to search students by name in a course

    Given I'm editing the course from the teach tab, I want to search students by name so that I can get certificates, resend invitations or reset passwords. This is important for courses that have more than 50 students.

  6. Award and recognition Certificatess

    In new Netacad interface instructors are not able to download the pdf version of his/her award (Women In Networking, Rising Star, Instructor Excellence etc.) or recognition from the Netacad profile. Those who didn't downloaded now they are not able to download it. It will be very helpful for the instructor if the download option is open.

  7. Certificate and Letter page

    The page "Certificate and Letter" within "My profile" shows the course end date. This seems to me confusing and misleading. It would be better to show the date on which the certificate or letter has been achieved.

  8. Cisco Certificates

    Student certificate must be with good style .
    The Cisco academy is a global academy and very popular so I think it is certificate must be in very good style .
