Include the word 'Download' in Get Certificate window
Some times it is confusing when I am trying to download the certificates. Literally, I go and click that get certificate button again because it is the most highlighted thing.
Therefore, I suggest to include Download word next to Top-Down arrow or in the start of the download link text.

Add link from inside class back to Course Details
It would be helpful if there was a link in the course that could take you back to the course details for the current class. An example is when you are in the class and you wish to add a student you have to go back to I'm Teaching, find the class and click on course details.

Thank you everyone for the votes and idea. We are not able to implement this enhancement at this time. Hopefully the link that takes you back to My NetAcad will work for everyone. This suggestion will be archived and looked at in the future.

Grading Assignment
when i click on comments it opens both update grading and comments window simultaniously; but it take entry not together; it has to be done individualy; is ther any way it can be done together; both entering comments and grading

Remove big useless blue header
Please, remove this completely useless blue header which eats 1/4 of my display for absolutely no purpose. I have 10s of classes and like to see this information instead.

Create an "auto sort" feature for listing assignments.
Allow auto sorting based on assignment due date or assignment name. Currently the only way to sort is to drag and drop. For a large number of assignments, this is cumbersome. Thanks!

Students, Username
The Students' screen name or username should still be in the instructor enrollment page incase a student cant remember his/her username or cant have access to the email again...please, instructors should still have access to students' screenname.. Thanks

Branch Details
While enrolling students a column is required for specifying the branch, very difficulty to get get details and identifying studeet of a particular branch in a big group. when i export grade sheet if i have a column with branch details i will be able to separate them quickly and use it for references. We have mapped cisco course to many program so i take a class with many different branches. this facility could help / speed up the marking process.

Add (fix) webdav support for the Community
In the past the webdav support for the Community files are working. Now it is not working. If would be great if you can fix it

Add Students to existing activations
When students join the Class after I have made activations. I have to make extra activations for those students. It would be better if I can add those students to an existing activation.

Why isn't there a test bank for the assessments, instead of the exact same questions every time ?
Students are finding these assessments online and memorizing the answers to the questions. The assessments are virtually worthless because of this. I have students that can't tell me the difference between memory and storage but are getting 100% on the Chapter exams.

Automatic time from 12am to 12pm
If I drag an assignmenet to the calender it is allocated a deadline time 12am (which means beginning of that day) but usually I mean that assignment should be done n during that day. Si you should change the system so that default deadline wuold be 12pm.

Video Defined Page - tech definitions in a funny video
The most difficult part of learning technology is learning the jargon and vocabulary. I would like to add a Video Defined page at the beginning of each chapter like this:

Thank you for this feedback. Cisco continues to work on ways to make the curriculum and courses more flexible for instructors. Instructors are encouraged to add these types of videos to their course as they see appropriate. Cisco is not able to add this type of content to the curriculum at this time.

Packet Tracer for Mac OS X
Develop a native supported Packet Tracer application. Mac OS is almost as popular as the windows platform, but there is only a functioning software for windows. Even most of the technical staff at Cisco that I have met use Mac OS as platform. This is a problem as i can see it, especially in the education regarding the students access to practical skills.

NetAcad regularly monitors usage on NetAcad.com. The latest metrics indicated only 2% of our users are using the Macintosh platform to access NetAcad.com. In comparison, 89% of the users are using Windows and Linux platform.
We will continue to monitor usage and will consider Packet Tracer MacOS support based on customer data.

Add a scroll lbar to the Course Index
Currently you have to how down the mouse clicker on the up or down arrow in Course Index. It would be more efficient to have a scroll bar so the user can quickly navigate to the section they are looking for.

Abort button when importing contents into a course
It should be useful to have a button to "abort" a job when we use the import function in "settings" --> "import course content".

Thank you for the suggestion. There are currently several steps for importing content into the classroom. At this time we will not look at implementing this idea. We will keep this in mind for future releases.

Export the grades with student notes column or include group name in to the grades
We are using student notes column to mentioned their group names. So it is really helpful if we can export the grades with that information. Else, please give an option to list their group information in the grades.

Add searching option to 'Add Item' in the module content
If we have more files and other resources in the class, it is really hard to find them. Therefore, I believe it is good to have a searching option to add module content to the section.

CCNA
CCNA all 4 module should be in downloadable form. It is impossible for student to read online. Not only power point slides even whole course when we launch course that should be downloadable form

The Cisco Networking Academy curriculum has always been intended as an online program. Cisco Press does offer supplemental books for instructors and students which align to the CCNA courses.

Inactive student
If we enroll student in class and after 2 module completion student freeze or drop the course and he will be show inactive in other 3rd and 4th module in the class. This impact on the academy performance. Solution of this problem is needed. In old view this is not happened.

Added IoT section in Community space
I think that an IoT section is verry important to added in the communities space, for sharing ideas and labs between instructors.
