Navigating from assignment to assignment
When making changes to assignments it would be nice if there was a link to the next assignment in the group not just the next item in the module.
A prev & next link to item in category as well would be very helpful.
Currently we have to click on the category name in the breadcrumbs then scroll down to locate the next assignment (or quiz etc..) to edit it.

Enhanced Student Activity Tracking
I propose a suite of enhanced individual student activity tracking tools, perhaps on an individual student activity history page. This will allow us to more closely monitor effort compared to student outcomes. Events might have optional Instructor Notifications via email, text or Canvas Inbox, granular to the individual student level, to more intensively monitor low-performing students and permit immediate Instructor communication and reinforcement. To start the brainstorming:
- Individual student Netspace login/logout events, and elapsed time.
- Student completes an Assessment, with grade and elapsed time. (I don't believe we currently have access to complete Assessment history.)
- Student accesses curriculum, with pages…

Display current month's calendar for start date when creating a class
When creating a course in NetSpace you can click on the calendar to select a start date. For some reason it always comes up with the next month's calendar and not the current months. Is it possible to change this so the current month comes up for the Start Date?

Responder los correos electronicos directamente desde la notificación recibida
Tanto a alumnos como a instructores nos llega una notificación a nuestro correo electrónico cuando recibimos un mensaje en Canvas. Para responderlos debemos ingresar a www.netacad.com e ingresar en algún curso para ver el link de la bandeja de mensajes y responder. ¿Qué tal si se pudiera responder directamente desde el correo electrónico donde somos notificados?. Es algo similar a lo que tiene Facebook cuando recibimos una notificación en nuestro correo electrónico sobre alguien que comentó sobre algo que publicamos, respondiendo a ese correo podemos agregar un comentario sin necesidad de entrar a www.facebook.com. Just a question about site navigation
Is this working as planned?
I clicked the 'Manage' tab then clicked on my Academy's link (TAFESA South) and I found myself on the page in the attachment (included). Is this where I'm supposed to be when as Main Contact, I'm trying to manage our academy? (It does not look right to me... ;-) )1 voteHello Claudio,
Thank you for your message. Yes, this is by design. Clicking on the Academy name from the Manage tab takes you, as the Admin, to your Canvas account, which you can then manage.In the screenshot, you would mouse-over Courses, then select under Manage Accounts your academy. You will then see all the courses at the academy
As for managing the academy affairs, that all happens with the different links on the Manage tab – Manage Users, Update Academy Information, etc.

Increase Space on Quiz Answers
When entering answers for quiz questions I only get a box about three words wide, whilst I stare at acres of white space either side of the screen. Can the box be made bigger?

Add Attendance Tools (Roll Call) from Canvas
It will be great if Attendance(Roll Call) from canvas add to netspace. this will help teacher when teaching in the class.

Resend Grade on Exam
Student's grade did not transfer correctly to the gradbook page. The student could see their score, but it did not transfer into the gradebook for the instructor to see. The student did click the 'Resend Grades' button several times but still the grade did not transfer to the gradebook. I had to manually enter the grade in the gradebook.

Change the font on the reset password option
In the font used (Ariel?) on the password reset, you can't distinguish between a lower case 'l' and an upper case 'I'

Assigning quizzes to specific groups
It would be nice to be able to assign a quiz or assignment to a specific group of students. For example, I have 3 sections of the same course. I have created groups for each of the sections and want to assign different versions of a quiz to different sections (groups). I don't see any way to assign to a group. Looks like I can only assign to the entire class.

Edit user accounts?
We should have a way to edit user accounts. If I can delete a user account, why can't I edit it?
For instance, I made a mistake when creating a new student and mistyped his email address. Deleting and re-adding the students would take too many steps. I should be able to edit the account and correct it, without calling support.

Autopopulate the Assignments from Files Section (or pre-configured by the Cisco Academy) :)
I am looking for the curriculum activities, labs, and assessments to be available to place on the calendar. The number of clicks to create an assignment is rather excessive, and multiplied by many assignments and multiple courses, seems (unfortunately) not reasonable.
I utilize Canvas (Instucture) to teach other courses (Project Lead The Way (PLTW), pltw.instructure.com) and the activities and labs have already been entered into the calendar area. This seems to be part of the Instructure Canvas template. For a PLTW instructor, this makes sense, and easier to plan and modify assignments when necessary. It seem each Cisco Academy instructor…

Is there a way to help the translation of Netspace GUI to our own language?
A few strings are translated by some translation machine to our language (Hungarian) but it is quite incorrect, well, just like machine translation... If there is a way to help, we volunteer.

conclude a course
I can no longer find conclude a course. Looking to remove some of my old course so they do not keep showing up - like in the calendar and course list. These are old course (almost a year old). I see a button to show concluded course but no way to conclude a course. Steps in another thread do not work.

In order to conclude the course, you will need to modify the end date of the course. Once this is done, Conclude this Course will appear. There is a tutorial available, from the NetSpace home page, click on Program, NetSpace Tutorials then Conclude a Course. I hope this helps!

Remove old class identifiers in messages
When I received messages from NETSPACE/Canvas, the heading has the last class a student has been in and the current a student is in. For example:
John Doe (CCNA2: 2013-04 and CCNA3: 2013-07) just sent you a message in Canvas:
Please have the previous class removed - it makes it hard to tell which class the student is in.

Teaching Assistant role
It would be nice to have a Teaching Assistant role added as a non-student account in NetSpace. The teaching assistant role would need to have access to the student submissions and gradebook so they could help with grading in the course. It might even be nice if they could schedule exams. It would save me tons of time.

Serait-il possible d'associer à la réception des différents post une alerte sonore? Ceci permettrait aux utilisateurs de Netspace d'être plus efficaces et de répondre promptement aux préoccupations des apprenants qui suivent les cours à Distances.
Surtout pour les rubriques:
- discussion,

HTML Pages need more flexibility
I'd like to have more flexibility when creating new pages. For example, I'm trying to create a pop-up window for a youtube video (don't want it embedded) using the following code:

After saving the page the code is altered to become:
<p><a href="#"><span style="color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;">Pop-up Test</span></a></p>The pop-up issue is the only I've encountered so far, but I imagine there will be others as well. Can we change this?
