  3. Typo in Packet Tracer 12.1.9

    In Step 1 part b, instructions say students should click view previous events in list as opposed to clicking Clear Events, if the buffer full error presents. Unless I'm missing something, I think it's supposed to be Clear Events to correct the buffer full issue during the activity.

  4. Let us allow students to re-take the quizzes

    Pretty obvious. We used to be able to set how many times a student could re-take a quiz. Now we cant. I don't like the change.

  7. Comment afficher la note globale d'un test?

    Bonjour.
    J'ai crée un test et j'ai configuré les options de relecture comme indiqué ci-dessous.
    Une fois le test achevé, l'apprenant ne retrouve pas sa note globale affichée sachant que je veux lui donner une chance de réfléchir sur les questions avant d'entamer une autre tentative sans toute fois lui indiqué ces erreurs.

  9. CyberOps Associate: Broken link in Security Onion's kibana alert details

    An example of an alert details URL is https://doc.emergingthreats.net/2024049e used in "Lab - Investigating a Malware Exploit". Opening it throws an error due to an expired certificate (see attachment). In fact, the resource is not available any more and request to https://doc.emergingthreats.net is redirected to https://community.emergingthreats.net but not to the information needed. This breaks working with the kibana version in the Security Onion. Will there be an updated version of the VMs?

  11. Issue with PKA in Lab 10.4.3, for CCNA 1 (ITN) Portuguese Brazil and English USA.

    English Version - Missing instructions such as IP addresses to complete the assessment. Portuguese Brazil Version - The PDF file has got standard placeholders (such as defined strings) in the address fields. There are a bunch of tickets opened on this assessment but Cisco doesn't seem to fix it and it is something very simple to fix. Come on guys, help us.

  12. Problem with PKA in Lab 12.6.6, for CCNA 1 (ITN) Portuguese Brazil.

    The cable that should connect the Accounting server is not present in this language version of this assessment. See image. Needs a fix as soon as possible as it may be a longtime standing bug.

  13. Fix SRWE 2.1.8 and ITN 7.3.6

    The interactive Activity "Switch It" in SRWE 2.1.8 and ITN does not work correctly when you click the "Check" button. Sometimes it says "Incorrect" but when you click "Show Me" it is obviously correct.

    RAID 6 is wrongly shown requiring a minimum of 3 drives. Chapter 3.3.2.3

    RAID 6 requires a minimum of 4 drives.

    This error was previously reported in Version 7

    MINIMUM contrast ratio for accessibility is 4.5:1 Light Grey tiny text on lighter grey is actually a violation of basic accessibility guidelines, and a sufficient cause for students to require an accommocation under ADA laws.

    We have just started the ITEv8 course for the semester and notice that so far there are multiple instances where the Check Your Understanding answers are wrong. How do we get these corrected? I have attached the screenshots below of the answers that are listed.

  18. 3.2.5 flow error?

    Hi,
    Attached is a contradictory flow that matches better shared content in the CyberOps Associate textbook section 3.2.5 Windows Boot Process. Again, the wording is correct in the textbook section, but the diagram has MBR and POST misplaced. The attached flow is from CompTIA A+ Guide to IT Technical Support 11th Edition. I may also consult that author.
