Teacher Approval to not reload page
Hello,
Would there be a way to not not let the Teacher Approval on the Course Completion page reload for every student checked? For example, have a button at the bottom that would submit all checked at the same time?

Deberìa poder registrarse las firmsa digitales de los Instructores para que aparezcan en la sección de firma en un certificado de finalización.
Instructors' digital signatures should be able to be recorded to appear in the signature section of a certificate of completion.

Login duration too short + double first login (always)
The duration of Login in a Course is too short (2h?). When I have a day-long lesson (8-9 hours) I have to re-login at least 3-4 times to gain access to my folders. This is annoying.
Morover, the Login phase at the first attempt alway fails (already higlighted many times) and a second Login-login has to be attempted to enter the account.20 votes -

Current window cannot be resized in order to see all text entered here. Currently I have to use separate text editor and in the end copy text here.

Step-by-step guide for google admins
Many schools are using google managed email addresses.
Students are not receiving welcome NetAcad emails and cannot create their account.

Search Field in Gradebook
There should be search field in the gradebook in order to be able to search for a specific student.

Thank you for posting to Share Idea. We are unable to make changes at this time to the Gradebook. There are a few options you can use:
1) The First Name and Surname sections can be used to narrow the Gradebook list
2) The "Grade History" section can be used to view a single student and there is a search feature there
3) Exporting the Gradebook can sometimes help to sort by the columns you want

Why Academy Success Dashboard no data?
Hi, I have used Academy Success Dashboard to see some big data last year and before. But when I open Academy Success Dashboard today, I can't see any big data about our academy and the whole Cisco Academy. How can I get those big data now? Thank you!

A More Pronounced Visual Cue on Items to be Graded Highly Desirable (Yellow vs. Green)
Since humans are extremely visual, it would be nice, if for example, items to be graded showed up with a yellow highlight so that one can quickly and easily identify them. If you look at the attachment, you need to carefully scan the entries to find the one that needs grading. A Yellow band (instead of green) would allow us to save time. I have at least 3500 grading events per semester, and saving three or more seconds per item adds up significantly.

Well done ; appreciate your effort in adding this facility; one old student came to me to get a reco letter ; this facility helped me to check the student past work to give him the reco. letter easily

test view all attempts sort by last name
On chapter exams, in the View All Attempts screen please fix the sorting option so that test results can be sorted by last name. Many instructors need to key grades into a separate SIS and having tests sorted only by first name makes this process slower and more prone to errors.

Block Area on the right side of the page. What is it? How can we edit it?
On the right side of the course main screen there is an empty block. In the HTML code we see this:

</div>What is this code for and how can I edit it? I'd like to add Instructor contact information in that panel.

Update to Netacad
Please refer to Case Number: 00141929 where my explanation describes a scenario that should be addressed in an update to the Netacad application/platform. Briefly, I was attempting to upload a Power Point file and it appeared to be a successful upload but when the Activity was selected the uploaded file was not included. And there was no indication why. No warning. No error. I worked on this for 3-4 hours over two days before submitting a case and also contacting the support desk. Default # of students listed
Can the default amount of students listed when looking at a roster be 50 vs 15. Most classes have more than 15 students and I'm constantly having to change the view every time I look at a roster. This roster is located in the "I'm Teaching -> Course Details section (where you add students to a class).

An option to sort the courses by instructor
An option to sort the courses by instructor would make it easy for the Academy manager to manage the courses.

Bulk Editing of Assignment Due Dates
Please provide an easy way to edit the due dates and cutoff dates for all assignments at once in the new LMS. It is incredibly tedious to go into each assignment when you have 50 per course and change dates.
Moodle has a tool for this already called the "Dates Report" it just needs to be enabled so this is a minimal effort on the part of Cisco to give a much better instructor UX experience.

Dropdown list instead of checkbox in Course completion page
After I click checkbox I have to wait few seconds and after that page is being reloaded which is just time wasting.
It would be more comfortable and fast if on the "Course completion" page there were Dropdown list (Complete \ Not complete \ Empty) instead of Checkboxes.

Instructors are asking to be able to see how much time students have spend logged into their class / netacad.
They used to be able to see this.

Add Score obtained by Student in Final Exam in Course Completion
In new experience, in order to complete an student you need to get to the Course Completion view.
In this view, usually you can see checked the required items the student has completed - usually Feddback or Feedback and Final Exam columns - .
When you hover the mouse over the completed activity for a student, it appears a pop-up showing when (date and time) the student completed this activity.
I will find useful if you can to the pop-up information the score obtained by student in the activity.
