Incorrect Names upload via CSV and inability to correct the names
The csv upload student details option is not accurate as many times I realised that it does not upload the student first and last names as per the csv file. Furthermore, there is no option to edit and correct student first and last name. To add to the agony of the incorrect name reading off the csv file, if the instructor delete the student and tried to add them manually correctly, the system reject any updates and instead keeps adding the student with the same incorrect names as first uploaded. 1) Once an account is created with an email address, regardless of the name you add to the CVS file, the name will not be updated in Cisco NetAcad. In your case this user was created in 2020 so when you added them in 2021, it used the same name that was already associated to the email address.
2) Students can change their names in Cisco NetAcad. If an account is accidentally created with the wrong name the student can update this in their profile.
3) If the CSV file is not working for you, I recommend looking into student tokens. This may help by allowing the student to register their account directly.

Being able to zoom in on page
When I press the Control Button on my keyboard and roll my mouse button to increase the size of the written part on the page, as needed when I present information to my students, the whole page increase in size with the result that you are unable to see much of the information you wanted to make more visible in the first instance. The presentation as per the CCNA course is a lot better. Th e ITE canvas is just rubbish!

Examination
Yesterday it was possible to carry out the examination. and today it is impossible. Why? I have been preparing it for 2 weeks. It's frustrating

Recreate the HelpDesk forum similar to the one pre-Canvas
Create a helpdesk forum similar to the one pre Canvas for submitting issues /questions. It had several advantages
Ability to search existing questions
Ability to see previous questions

I cannot access Packet Tracer because your login page fails when Packet Tracer tries to send me there for login.

PT 7.3.1 Activity Wizard bugs
There are many bugs regarding Assesment Tree checking for the right configuration results.
OSPFv3 passive interfaces - does not work at all as it should

Please allow to modify the ended course; it was by mistake given a shorter duration by mistake ; you can have the option for archive course. not for the recently ended courses.

Last Login not accurate
I have a student that logged in and took an exam in Feb 8th
Last login show 31 Jan. I am not sure why the Last Login date would not be at least the last time they logged into NetAcad

Zoom/full screen in chapter contents
I have a huge screen, but every time I have to read a chapter I get bloody eyes.
- The font size is too small.

Link to individual modules
I need to be able to make a copies of the "External tool" link to the course curriculum and label each copies as reading assignmet.

Instructors have the ability to edit the names of most of the items in their courses. The exception to this is normally assessments. If you need help doing this, please contact the Support Desk. Note: You may find the information you need on the FAQs “Modules/Assignments” section.

Integration with Schoology
LAUSD is forcing teachers to use schoology. Any ability or help with integrating any part of the NetAcad canvas site would be a blessing.

New LMS not allowing resubmission
The assignment is set to allow resubmission. I have entered a score so the assignment would show as graded. Student is still unable to access a link to resubmit the assignment.
The seems to be an error in the LMS, since it is possible to specify allowing resubmission in the interface. Please advise regarding what criteria MUST be set for students to be able to resubmit assignments either before or after they have been reviewed and graded.

Resubmit assignments
I have set unlimited resubmissions for assignments.
A student determined he did not do the assignment according to the instructions because he did not use the provided PKA file as specified and wants to resubmit, even though I have not reviewed the assignment yet.
It appears he is not able to resubmit because I have not yet reviewed the assignment. I cannot find any documentation that says assignments must be graded/reviewed before they can be resubmitted and in this case, I would prefer that he resubmit the assignment even though I have not reviewed it yet.

Provide completed Packet Tracer Labs to instructors
I would like to have access to completed Packet Tracer labs for the courses I teach. For example CCNA Security Packet Tracer Lab 9.3.1.1
I'm not able to get this PT Lab to 100%.

Fine tuning Virtual assistant
I guess fine tuning Cisco Netacad virtual assistant could help a lot. I was trying to use the support like but the virtual assistant wasnt helpful at all and i wasnt able to create a support ticket

New platform layout
Hi,
I must say the new platform layout is not as user friendly as the old one. There has been a recent change in accessing the CCNA ITN v7 course material, which has restricted viewing the chapters information. I have included a screenshot here to explain further.
I know this might no the place to post this, but I am hoping this will be picked up and sorted out asap.
