Que aparezca el numero de horas en el Certificate of completion
En mi pais, Mexico, se requiere tener el numero de horas en el Certificate of completion, tanto para las escuelas como para las empresas, no es necesario que aparezca el numero real que le llevo al alumno completarlo, pero que aparezca el numero de horas que aparece en la descripcion de cada curso https://www.netacad.com/courses/, ahi si vienen las horas, por ejemplo Introduction to Cybersecurity dice 15 horas.
Sin este dato, el certificado del curso pierde validez.

Make Powerpoints accessible
The PowerPoints need to be made accessible in each class so we can use them. Violation of ADA if we use as they are. Mainly they need alt text on graphics items

Intro To PC
i was just suggesting if ever it is possible to add introduction to pc on the list off courses so that those that are new , they can get the knowledge of what is a computer and the components

Fix Course Templates
As a teacher, I teach the CCNA curriculum in 2 different ways.
1) In the HS, I teach the CCNA 1, 2 & 3 as separate courses.
2) In the College, I teach CCNA 1 & half of 2 as once course and the second half of CCNA 2 & CCNA 3 as another course.You need to create the links to exams in such a way that we can create our own course templates without breaking the link to the exam. I need to add content from book 2 into my first semester class along with all of CCNA…

Provide some kind of game-based test review to help students practice for tests. Especially needed for application-type questions.

Better Course PowerPoints
The PowerPoints for the courses I've taught so far (or will teach in the Fall) are truly awful! I have spent hours upon hours editing them so that they are usable in a classroom setting. There are way too many words on each slide. The typestyle is too small to be seen in a normal classroom setting. If I want to print in "outline" form so my students can take notes that way, many of the text boxes don't appear and I have to delete and recreate them so they show up. Thank you for your feedback. The PowerPoints are provided as a resource for instructors to use however best fits their teaching style. We provide a baseline of content and if instructors like them how they are they can use them as is. If they do not work as is, we encourage instructors to edit the content and make them their own. The slides are often created by long term NetAcad instructors so that we can tap into their many years of teaching experience to create this resource. We realize that whatever is created will not work for all 28,000 instructors globally.

Adding course related with Cisco Product
Adding course related with Cisco Product like Nexus Data center, Meraki, Firepower firewalls etc. to Networking Academy course which will be ease for both understanding technology and products. Having knowledge in hardware will be add value to student for deploying its technology.

Update Entrepreneurship course
Dear Netacad Team,
Could you please update the Entrepreneurship course curriculum to the latest HTML version so that it would not ask for Flash Player installation as the software is no more supported by Adobe.

Thank you for the suggestion. We are not able to update the curriculum at this time. We have created an extension instructors and students can use to be able to view the curriculum. While the Support Desk will have an FAQ added soon, until than there is a News article in Cisco NetAcad with information on how to download this extension.

Move entire Router and Switch File Maintenance module to CCNA 1
The entire Router and Switch File Maintenance module10.6 in Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation v7.0, needs to be move to the beginning of Introduction to Networks v7.0. Our classrooms hold up to 24 pods of 2 switches and 2 routers with numerous classes using the pods. There is always someone that forgets to remove the password and we have to teach the students how to recover the devices. We also teach them how to backup their configurations from the beginning. This make more sense up front instead at the tail end of CCNA.

Longer time for timeous
After 2-3 hours the page times out in the middle of my lesson, losing focus of students, and having to have me re-sign in.

Activities from CCNAv6.0
Many of the interactive activities that enabled students to verify their understanding that were included in CCNAv6.0 were not added to the CCNAv7.0 courses. These are extremely helpful to instructors and students. Please consider adding. Attached is an example from ITNv6.0 that should be added to ITNv7.0 module 3.3.

Thank you for the suggestion. We will keep this in mind for future versions of the curriculum. We are not able to add any additional interactive activities at this time. Please keep in mind we have added more into the curriculum to allow students to check their understanding.

Back link at the top of a page
These are located only at the bottom of a page. They also need to be at the top - at least to go pack to the previous section. You have to scroll all the way through the section to get back to the previous section. The index is also not organized well for this.

Link to individual modules
I would like to create a separate link from the course to each module. This was sort of possible in the "old" experience.

Missing Mobility Fundamental Course
Before i use to take our university wireless network course along with cisco mobility fundamental as a supportive course. but that course has been ended. due this i need to create a switching and wireless course only for those chapter; students not doing other modules but only wireless module. I dont want to end a course with incomplete components but i dont have choice.

HTML5 versions of the Cisco Virtual Desktop/Laptop Simulators
With the remote learning that is going on for the forseeable future, our IT Essentials students would benefit greatly from these updated products.There are not many options for students that don't have the resources to purchase real components to build a computer with.

Preload all labs into a course file
Why does NetAcad not have all the labs preloaded into an assignments section? All we would have to do is publish the ones we need. In the legacy we could upload all of them at once into a files upload folder and then drag and drop into each assignment. With the new experience I have to upload one file at a time. In IT Essentials that is a tedious 81 times!

Thank you for the idea. This is not something we are able to implement at this time. You can add multiple files to an assignment you create. In addition, once you create your own assignments you are able to copy this over from one course to the next.

Packet Tracers for CCNAv7.0 Courses
Many of the Packet Tracer assignments in CCNAv7.0 include the exact commands that need to be entered. Please provide additional Packet Tracer assignments that do not include the exact commands needed so students can test their own knowledge version just typing in what they are told.

The Packet Tracer activities are purposely created with varied amounts of guidance so that students are encouraged to progress through the course. There are several activities with minimal guidance.
