Offer more flexible learning options
While Cisco Networking Academy offers online courses, consider expanding them. Blended learning (combining online and in-person) could also cater to diverse learning styles.

Thank you for posting to Share Idea. Cisco tries to offer several self-paced classes along with instructor-led courses. Our complete list of offerings will be easier to find when we migrate to our new converged platform at the end of August.
