Ability to be able to mark archived students who have finished their assessments as complete and then get their certificates and letters
Some students actually finished their assessments, final exams and feedback but were not marked complete before their courses were archived. Now we need to mark them as complete in order to get their certificates and letters.

The Support Desk can unarchive courses at this time. If you need a class unarchived so the instructor can mark students as complete, please open a case with them and provide the class information.
