PTSA Submission Issue
Hello,
We have students who are unable to submit their Final PTSA Reviews and I think it's because Netacad is logging them out, orphaning the open Packet Tracer. I will advise students in the future to go back and navigate around Netacad to keep their session open to see if that helps.
Perhaps the issue can be duplicated elsewhere?

We are not able to duplicate this issue. Please contact the support desk when the student is experiencing this issue so we can review and work with the appropriate teams.
