Fine tuning Virtual assistant
I guess fine tuning Cisco Netacad virtual assistant could help a lot. I was trying to use the support like but the virtual assistant wasnt helpful at all and i wasnt able to create a support ticket

Thank you for the suggestion. I have created a case for you with the Support Desk and they will follow up with you directly. I do see you were able to contact Support earlier in October so it appears you have been able to use the Virtual Assistant in the past. Hopefully we can determine what happened this time.
