Time-out
I'm trying to work through the new CCNAv7 curricula to prep for classes. When I have a module open for just a few minutes without doing anything, it times out. Then I have to go back out and reconnect. I've done this 20 times today trying to put some prep together. Could we lengthen the timeout period or let us adjust it ourselves? Thanks.
Thank you for the information. Changes were made to help with some of the issues individuals were having regarding timing out with the new CCNA version 7 materials. If you experience any further issues, please contact the Support Desk.

This happens to me too and my students have also complained about it. It would be very helpful to have the time extended.

When I am preparing to teach the curriculum I review the online content and PowerPoint slides concurrently to ensure I am familiar with the information presented online and to add additional notes to the PowerPoint slides. This is a time-consuming process and by the time I reach the end of one section in the online content, my session has timed out and I have to go back to the launcher, refresh the page, then launch a new tab to access the content again and go back to what I was working on. This is very tedious.
As an instructor, I find this short time out period to be very frustrating and I think I would feel the same way as a student.
Is it possible to change the time out for access to the online content to provide more flexibility for users. I am frequently spending several hours at a time working on course materials.
Thank you,

The Access Denied message, when accessing the Course contents (i.e. CCNA v7) is too short (10 minutes?) and, when studying the new courses, it elapses too many times, while moving to and from the netacad and the contenthub pages. Please allow a minimum of 30-60 minutes, if any.
