  1. Grades not transmitting

    Some grades, particularly for the Final Exam are not transmitting to the instructor and showing the student as not complete. We have to dig into the exam itself and individual users report to see that they did in fact take the exam. Is this a known issue? It has happened after the new portal launch to several of our students.

    The Linux tools pwd is partly translated as pwt in the German version. This is certainly not helpful.

  3. Error in ITE 7.02 (en) ITE/7.01/en/index.html#12.3.3.4

    In the table in the middle of the page, the row is called Exponent. The values in the columns are 22, 21, 20. In my opinion, this does not make sense.
    The terms base, exponent and power value are mathematical terms of the subject (hopefully I translated them correctly from German). Unfortunately, their meaning is not correctly represented in the column. If anything, the expression 2^2, 2^1, 2^0 makes sense or I didn't understand the table.

  4. Questionable Module Group Exam Question

    The attached image shows a question in the ENSA first Module Group Exam for
    Module 2.
    The question uses the standard network mask instead of the wildcard mask and
    the explanation of the answer references the wildcard mask.

    Yes, I understand that the IOS now allows entering the subnet mask instead
    of the wildcard mask when configuring a network statement. So, this question might
    be easier for new learners to answer, but the explanation references using
    a wildcard mask when the answers presented are clearly NOT using wildcard
    masks. From my perspective, this is a questionable way to present this…

  5. Issue with Network Essentials

    FYI to the Network Essentials team: The Ch 9 quiz has a scoring error - the best a student can do is 50%. All the other quizz scorings are fine.
    I'm happy to report directly to the team, but was rebuffed after several attempts (and a digital assistant who couldn't help with this.)

  6. Provide completed Packet Tracer Labs to instructors

    I would like to have access to completed Packet Tracer labs for the courses I teach. For example CCNA Security Packet Tracer Lab 9.3.1.1

    I'm not able to get this PT Lab to 100%.

  10. Fine tuning Virtual assistant

    I guess fine tuning Cisco Netacad virtual assistant could help a lot. I was trying to use the support like but the virtual assistant wasnt helpful at all and i wasnt able to create a support ticket

  11. Arrumar erro de tradução em exercício

    Há um erro de tradução no questionário do capitulo 2, do curso Introdução à Internet das Coisas (IoT) - UTFPR Digital e Inclusiva.
    Abaixo está a mensagem enviada por um aluno, o erro acabou confundindo ele.

    Sobre o Questionário do Capitulo 2, tem um exercicio que fala:
    "O que é exibido após o código a seguir é inserido em um interpretador do Python?

    adição = 22 + 10
    print(addition)
    Escolha uma:

    32
    (syntaxerror)-...pois como não deveria haver um espaço entre os valores numéricos
    [22]+[10]
    nada (pois o comando print está errado)"

    A resposta correta, que esta sendo apontado pelo teste,…

  12. Lisibility of assessments

    Make sure every answer proposed in a assessment page is visible. I didn't achieve a 100 pourcent note because I didn't see there was more than 2 answers available (Question about the result of ls, ls - lr, ls -l, ... command in which I thougt their was only 2 answers).

  13. New platform layout

    Hi,

    I must say the new platform layout is not as user friendly as the old one. There has been a recent change in accessing the CCNA ITN v7 course material, which has restricted viewing the chapters information. I have included a screenshot here to explain further.

    I know this might no the place to post this, but I am hoping this will be picked up and sorted out asap.

  14. Content in a full screen

    Hello I have small screen since i am using surface, and the content is really not comfortable to read. I cannot see full picture sometimes. It would better to have this opportunity to place content in a full new page as it was in contenhub

  15. Consolidate Feedback Forum Suggestions and Votes

    Please aggregate the suggestions and their associated votes on this forum. There are a number of really good suggestions here however several are duplicates ( I am guilt of not reading as closely as I should).

    It would be helpful to consolidate them so they can be better evaluated.

  16. Reformat the CCNA7 Routing and Switching Course "Switching and Routing and Wireless Essentials"

    The CCNAv7 Switching and Routing and Wireless Essentials website is not user friendly. It is totally different than the other two courses in the series. I am very much hoping that this course is reformatted.

    The CCNAv7 Intro to Networking and the CCNAv7 Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation have the same format as does the other Cisco courses. Please see below the difference is formats.

  18. Correct misalignment on course landing page

    When I logged in today using both Firefox and Chrome I found this misalignment on the course landing page for today's course. I have noticed it before, so as far as I know this is a new issue - perhaps related to a new link in the stack shown. File attached to depict the concern.

    I am having many issues with this new horrible gradebook. Please use the other grade book so we can easy modify and have the availability for students to upload work to be graded.

  20. Modify ENSA 5.4.11 image

    In ENSA on screen 5.4.11, it states "Host entries are not automatically listed prior to range entries." but the image doesn't have any range entries. The image on 5.4.10 should include range entries as well as 5.4.11 otherwise this statement isn't proven with the image.
