  1. Saving Course Progress (across Devices)

    It seems that the Progress in a Course is Not saved AT all. Its annoying that I've to lookup "recent pages" to continiue where I left the Course before.
    In Addition It would be very nice when the Course continiue AT opening where I left it no matter which Device I use.

  2. How to show last and first names

    Users' names should be shown in the format:
    Lastname, FirstName
    and should be sortable.
    Right now users are shown in the format:
    Firstname Lastname
    and are not sortable
    I'm referring to the "Course details" page and to the Gradebook, from "I'm Teaching" view, but also to Users page from "I'm managing".

  3. Replace CCNA Sec

    This is from on of our supported academies:

    Since CCNA Security is going away as a certification, are there any plans to develop an alternate security-focused course aside from Cyberops? I would love to see Netacad offer 300-701, the CCNP Security Core. That way, we can replace the CCNA security with the Security Core course and students can still earn a Specialist designation and/or go on to earn a CCNP-Security.

  4. course history of a student

    To resolve 'conflicting activation', I would like to get the history of all the classes of a student.

    Thank you for the idea. We are not able to implement at this time. We will archive this suggestion to be able to keep in mind for future releases.

    Please note: If you have any issues with conflicting activations, please contact the Support Desk for their help. We also recommend instructors do a bulk deactivate of exams at the end of their course to help with these issues.

  5. Reset of pwd of students

    i like the old one where i can reset their pwd most stud forgot pwd not only with their netacad pwd but also with their emails

    If i can reset their pwd then it will be much easier if they do forgot pwd in their email or if their email was compromised

    Thank you for the suggestion. NetAcad is now using Cisco.com authentication. This change was implemented to conform NetAcad security standards to Cisco’s security policies.

    While you cannot reset your student’s password, if your student has entered their mobile phone they can use this or email to reset their password. In addition, you can edit their email address to resend the activation email if their email address was compromised.

  8. Link to Course from a Message Inbox

    Using Inbox and reading a message from a student, it could be useful to have a direct link to course the student enrolled.
    Now the instructors has to come back to "My NetAcad", to select the course( if he has many as I it can be boring) and then to perform the necessary actions to solve the student issue.
    He repeats the process for each message.

  13. Mural Certificate for the official Cisco Academy

    It is very benefitable if there is a hard copy document that can verify the Cisco academy as an active Member of the NetAcad Cisco Networking academy Program, may be as an agreement signed between the two parties or as a Mural certificate that give the name of the academy its ID, this actually we see it with other academic programs like Microsoft Imagine Academy or Oracle Academy etc.

  15. Download videos that are embedded in textbook.

    It would be good if we could download the videos that are embedded in the textbook. This would make it possible to show them in an offline setting and also put them on presentation slides.

  16. Introduce Xapi

    Hello,

    in our university, we test the performance monitoring of our students (badges, ...) in the Learning Management System with the Xapi (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Experience_API). Will Netacad support these Xapi?

  19. Packet Tracer Log in issue.

    Thus, I am asking if it is possible for the NetAcad Support team to post something to the NetAcad alert page informing the CISCO NetAcad user community of the cause and solution to this PT log-in issue?

    The instructor is unable to log into Netacad and this has had to go to the Netacad Tech team. They did tell him that he is not the only teacher with this issue /and there are students also
