Log-Into actual cours issues
When logged into NetAcad.com, then clicking on "Launch Course, I often have to clear History & Cookies, or I get a message "Log Into Your Course First" Can this be fixed?

Disable two factor authentication
How can I disable the two-factor authentication. Half of the times I give correct codes, and the system doesn't accept them.
I know it's not secure with just a login and password, (strike that) just a e-mail and password, because my login stopped working when the login system last summer.

Add topics to the Index pages of ITE 7
When entering the Chapters of IT Essentials 7, neither the Modules list, nor the Access page of each Chapter show the TOPIC of the Chapter.
You have to actualy open the first Chapter page to see the TOPIC. Missing Menue on IOS-Safari and Firefox Landing Page
Sometimes I use my iPad to access my NetAcad Account.
When I see the home/I’m teaching page in landscape format, there is no menue button in the upper left corner of the page. When I turn my iPad on edge the menue button is visible.
Is the menue in landscape position missing on purpose?
It‘s annoying that I have to turn the iPad on edge if I want to use the menue.This happens in safari and Firefox on my iPad (6. Generation) IOS 13.3.1
How can you make Cisco NetAcad better? Please make the menue visible.

Problem: De-Register Students from class
Class more than 50 students
I can only remove a student from the first 15, but only once.
After that, "De-Register" is not active.
- class Unpublish / Publish: "De-Register" available again for the first 15 Students.
It only works the first time the page is accessed and only for the first 15 students.
Display of 50 students: don't works
Sort by name: don't works
Search by name: don't works
Refresh page: don't works
Conclusion:

Provide completed Packet Tracer Labs to instructors
I would like to have access to completed Packet Tracer labs for the courses I teach. For example CCNA Security Packet Tracer Lab 9.3.1.1
I'm not able to get this PT Lab to 100%.

The download file of letters and certificates are empty
I set "Instructor Use Only Assign Student Pass Status" to students.

Network Essentials Course fix grade weighting
Network Essentials is using the new platform, based on Moodle. Moodle has a very difficult grade setup interface. Instructors need to be able to change grade categories from "natural grading" to a weighted method.
Admin should check: Site Administration > Grades > Grade category settings.

Launch Course
Click “Grades”
Click “Setup”
Go to “Edit” under Actions and select “Edit Settings” under the Category
Under the section “Grade Category”, click “Show More”
Under “Aggregation” you will see a link to “Exclude empty grades”Note: We are working on an FAQ for this.

Netacad process for starting CyberPatriot Class is broken
Fix the language selection box on the CyberPatriot Course so that Academies can actually create the course!

Correct misalignment on course landing page
When I logged in today using both Firefox and Chrome I found this misalignment on the course landing page for today's course. I have noticed it before, so as far as I know this is a new issue - perhaps related to a new link in the stack shown. File attached to depict the concern.

Hello I have small screen since i am using surface, and the content is really not comfortable to read. I cannot see full picture sometimes. It would better to have this opportunity to place content in a full new page as it was in contenhub

New platform layout
Hi,
I must say the new platform layout is not as user friendly as the old one. There has been a recent change in accessing the CCNA ITN v7 course material, which has restricted viewing the chapters information. I have included a screenshot here to explain further.
I know this might no the place to post this, but I am hoping this will be picked up and sorted out asap.

Fine tuning Virtual assistant
I guess fine tuning Cisco Netacad virtual assistant could help a lot. I was trying to use the support like but the virtual assistant wasnt helpful at all and i wasnt able to create a support ticket

I do see you were able to contact Support earlier in October so it appears you have been able to use the Virtual Assistant in the past. Hopefully we can determine what happened this time.
