  1. Be able to Remove a Student from Completing in the gradebook

Why is it no longer possible to remove a completion status for a student? What happened to the option to undo the action of completing a student in the gradebook?
When you check a student's box it is forever. You should have a "save" button, so you can make sure the correct students are selected.

Every time you select a box the page resets. This was the cause of my error. I have over 30 students in the class and every time I check a box the page refreshes to the start of the page.

  11. to update content and technology

My idea for improving Cisco Networking Academy revolves around enhancing the learning experience through a combination of updated content, interactive learning tools, real-world applications, and robust community engagement:

    1. Updated Curriculum: Continuously update the curriculum to reflect the latest networking technologies, protocols, and industry trends. This ensures students are learning relevant skills that meet current market demands.

    2. Interactive Learning Tools: Integrate more hands-on labs, virtual simulations, and interactive exercises into the curriculum. These tools allow students to practice configuring network devices, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions in a simulated environment.

    3. Real-World Scenarios: Incorporate real-world case studies and projects…

  12. There is a small mistake in 19.2.1(Basic Router Configuration Steps)

In Step 7, it is given that the 'copy running-config startup-config' command is written in Global Configuration mode.
But that is a Privileged EXEC mode command and doesn't work in Global Configuration mode.
I kindly request you to check this and correct it.
    Thank you.

  14. Practical learning

If we as students could have a practical lab session at least once or twice throughout the course, it would help put things into perspective. Since some students are joining this field of study for the first time, they go through the course without even knowing what a router, switch or server physically looks like. The photos we see don’t do these high performance Cisco devices justice, hence to elevate our desire to become a network administrator; hands on experience with these devices would go a long way.

  18. Ability to remove Labs from Content

I would like to remove Lab assignments from the Chapter content.

For example, instead of create a note: "Skip anything that says Lab, because I will not be grading these."

Please create a checkbox: Include Labs, Include Packet Tracer, et cetera...

  19. Ability to generate Course Completion certificate in any language regardless of course language

For example, the ability to generate a certificate (or letter) in Spanish if the course was in English, or vice versa. This is important for students' mobility.

  20. Error on Packet Tracer 12.1.9

    Hi,
There is an error on either the tracert results or (more likely) the Instructor PDF. The EAST router's public interface shows on the topology screen tip as 209.165.202.132 and in the tracert results from PC1. However, the table on the instructor pdf appears to have the interface mis-identified as 209.165.202.130. NAT is in play.
    See attached.
    Alf
