Yes, I've recently been asked this by a couple of instructors who have completed the CCNA IFT. Easily resolved by reinstating the CCAI certificate in my opinion.

1. Completed CCNA Academy standard training under an Authorized CISCO Network Academy ( Exploration version with 4 modules).

2. Completed CCNA Certification and having a Valid CCNA Certificate.

3. Completed CCNA Fast Track Instructor Training.

If any one who satisfies 1 to 3, why cant you issue a CCNA Instructors Course Completion Certificate?

Instructor Fast Track is only for those who have proven knowledge, then why are you not issuing Instructors Course completion Certificate? If you mean, Fast Track is not eligible for a Certificate then please remove that. Why do you want to call it Instructors Fast Track.
