Until Date and Drag and Drop
It appears that when and "Until Date" is set on an assignment, and then the drag and drop feature is used in Calendar to move the assignment to a new date, the "Until Date" is not adjusted to at least the "Due Date." This causes a loss of functionality in the Drag and Drop feature of the Calendar since I still have to go in and manually adjust the "Until Date." In addition, since the "Until Date" does not show up in the short-list of dates, it cannot be fixed without multiple clicks...

Hi Roger.
Calendar and the Assessment Activations are two separate tools and at this time, they are unable to update each other. We will continue to work closely with both systems and provide input that there is a desire to have one update the other.

I am wondering why this was closed. This has nothing to do with the assessment too - it is to do with assignments. I still encounter this issue when I drag assignments (aka Labs and quizzes).

This has nothing to do with the Assessment Activations. This has to do with the Until Date on the Assignments.

This has been planned for over a year now... Any timeframe on implementation? My students and I are constantly caught on this one as we modify our due dates to accommodate network outages and course changes...

Great! I hope the fix comes soon - I've already had students catch a couple of times where the assignment is "Due" but "closed" because it is past the Until date. The calendar drag-and-drop is great! But until this is fixed it is not very useful!
