Assesment re-enable problem

Only one student can not take CH8 PT exam, because he saw:" Instructor must re-enable.", but I as Instructor saw:"enable" and disable didnt work. (He didnt start this assesment before.) So we waited until assesment expired and then I try to start assesment again. BUT! I cant see this student on the Student card on this assesment! What can I do? "Help" on main page doesnt work.

    my students on netacad tell me that when they try to do the exams the message " instructor must enable exam" while i already activate it so what is the reason and the solve

    I have the same problem with the "IT Essentials ( Version 7.00) - ITE 7.0 Certification Checkpoint Exam Chapters 12 - 13", but i'm the student. My professor activated it already (i can tell for sure because my classmate has re-taken it) but i just see the infamous inscription "Instructor Must Re-Enable". I need to do it fastly because i have the final exam tomorrow. pls help

    Also, I can't take the final exam, it says I need to complete the course feedback but I can't: ITN (Version 7.00) - Course Feedback

    My Practice PT Skills Assessment (PTSA) exam has the same problem, It says "Instructor Must Re-Enable".I messaged a professor from my course and he hasn't responded and I'm still waiting to take that exam.
