No contact support link for students
I have just discovered that students are directed to a Facebook page for support, and that they do not have the same "contact support" link that instructors do. Many younger people no longer use Facebook. They see it as being old and it's what their parents use. They need the contact support link so they can initiate a live chat without being forced to create a Facebook account to get help.

Hi Richard,
Thank you for your post. If students do not wish to use or can’t use Facebook, then their instructor should contact support on their behalf, if necessary.
