Make the recognition program searchable by name or school.
Hi All,
If I want to locate myself under years of service, my only search options are: Award Type, Year, and Region. That narrows down the list to about 10 pages, more for people with fewer years of service. It would be nice if I could locate people by their name or school instead of having to search through multiple pages manually.

At the "community" Netspace Menu; you can locate instructors; and see all the awards for that instructor!
