To Permit the Calculcation of Grades on a 9 Week (Quarter) Basis
Grades are calculated at the high school level as follows:
1st Quarter -- 37.5%
2nd Quarter -- 37.5%
Final Exam -- 25%
Within each quarter we have the following assignment categories:
1) Classwork
2) Labs
3) Quizzes
4) Tests/Chapter Exams
Based on my current understanding we cannot configure our categories to meet this requirement.
My Idea is to be able to tag specific categories to a given quarter within the semester.

You could create separate categories for 1st and 2nd quarters, then weight the categories accordingly.
