Create an option to change the default due time for already created assesments.
When you click and drag an undated event to the calendar, it defaults to 12 am. If you want to change it, you have to go into each on individually. Can you make an option to change the default time? Maybe by assesment group.

I believe this request is different from the one recommended. This is asking for a default due time that we could set for assignments and assessments. A much better option than a Due Date without a Time...

This is only partially fixed. The default 11:59pm is fixed for assignments but it has not been fixed for exams and quizzes. Some quizzes and exams were fixed in Introduction to Networks, but we are now on Routing and Switching and all the test and quizzes default to 12am. When will this be fixed??

This issue has been under review since Feb 15, 2013. Is there any progress? I wanted to stress the importance of the default due time to be 11:59pm instead of 12am for all assignments for 2 reasons.
1) when an assignment is due on say September 4, students assume as long as they complete it that day, it will not be late. Having the time set to 12am means that the second it turns September 4, the assignment is then marked late. So essentially, its really due the day before since no one is going to get up at midnight to submit an assignment.
2) To change the time due for an assignment requires a minimum of 7 clicks per assignment/Exam. (You have to click on the pencil, the calendar, set the hour, set the minutes, set the am/pm setting, click done, then click update.) That is a lot of fields to change the time for 1 assignment. Every single instructors for the entire academy has to do this for every single assignment. That is not very efficient or intelligent design. This should be a easy software fix to find the field where the default time is set and change it.
