Contacting the Helpdesk
It seems that we can only contact the Helpdesk in NetSpace by submitting a ticket, the realtime Chat function is not available. Or is it accessible another way?

Aubrey, you can access Live Chat to the support desk by using the Contact Support option in the Help menu on the NetSpace Home page or on the Support page under Communities.

I'm sure that I went there at least twice and only a pop-up to submit a ticket/question was displayed ...
