Certificate of course completion
With the last updates of some courses (for example, Get connected) the instructor cannot mark a student as passed in the gradebook, even in an instructor-led course. Besides, any student who took the course feedback will automatically receive the certificate of course completion, even if he/she did not take the final exam at all. It seems we are working against quality...

Thank you for the feedback. Cisco has decided to leave the requirements the same for self-paced courses even if they are being instructor led. Cisco also encourages academies to create their own Course Completion Certificates and may help in this type of course.

"for self-paced courses even if they are being instructor led.": is the course "self-paced" or "instructor-led"? Those are very different delivery options and should not be treated in the same way, regarding assessments, certificates, and so on.
