As a first time instructor on the CCNA R&S course I am a little frustrated in what I see as confusing interfaces to do with assessments. I have wasted nearly two weeks in getting chapter tests up and available to my students. The reasons were:
1. I was not aware that the Assignments page is not editable. I could change the icon from grey to green which to me indicated that the item was published (not so!!). I suggest that there be some comment on the page telling you to go to the modules page to publish. You should not be able to change the colour of the publish icon on the assignments page.
2. Any other course site I have visited enables full student view when selected. It is quite confusing when you have activated and published an assessment to go to student view to see it is unavailable.

However to be fair there did seem to be some other issues happening since my ASC could not get some of my chapter exams published either.
