My idea is to integrate the student’s photos at the time of enrollment; this will makes lot easier to identify every student uniquely and if possible the same photo can be printed on course completion certificates.

We have streamlined our enrollment process to minimize the time needed to register. The student can add their photo at a later time if wanted. Unfortunately, we will not be able to implement this suggestion at this time.
