Allow modification of Assessment times
Sometimes it's necessary to alter the time when an assessment either opens or closes. This should be a parameter that is configurable by the instructor on the fly. There is a "lag" at times when attempting to deactivate an assessment in order to reactivate it with a different time. This can lead to frustration for both the instructor and the students at critical times.

It would really help to have some tools to manage exam activations. As it stands if I make a mistake on an activation I have no way to change or even delete it!! It's extremely frustrating and an incredibly stupid setup.
