I click forgot password.the email has been sent.bu5 in that there is no reset password.shows try to unlock it

ALWAYS ERROR CAME FOR NETACAD LOGIN PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUED

Through android it's ok, but when I use laptop and try to login using email, there is no redirecting

or response to give password, it remains for long time and no response.

Although I cleared all browser cache files and old bookmarks. It's so disgusting...........

meanwhile for me its not letting me login everytime I have to change my password and my account ended up getting locked.

I was suspicious the buffer for the password could be not cleared, and usually I type some "Canc" keys before entering the password... but it's useless: two times out of three, the login fails anyway. :-(

The problem is still there, and is annoying. Not deterministic, indeed: sometimes it strangely works at the first attempt...

Same for me, always has. just happened a minute ago, again.

Same here. Have to log in twice for access.

It does not seem to be affected to just one computer or platform I log in with, it happens across the board for me.

It is the same for me, but some of my classmates don't have this problem.

I can confirm this for my classmathes and my instructors that first login will fail everytime. Tried with autofill from browser and pressing only on login button, first time fail, second press done login. My username is neno20115 I can register a video for purpose

I think everyone has this problem. I put the correct info in, but the first try never works.

Half the times, my first login to the platform fails. Can we get il fixed?
