Ability to password proctect exams
I would like to password protect exams. There are times I need a proctor to give an exam and if the student doesn't show up at the proctor's office, I don't want them to be able to take the exam outside of class or outside the proctors office.

Don Campbell, have you considered having the exam activated for individual students on arrival? it works for those not at the centre and prevents them from accessing it.
