Use VIRL for labs virtualization
Packet Tracer is a great simulation tool, but limited for advanced study.
Cisco has a new and fantastic tool called VIRL for labs virtualization (almost full feature).
This is a game changer, instead of having fisical hardware, you can just virtualize it. It would be great to have the possibility to use this powerfull tool in netacad with our students.
For those of you that never heard about VIRL watch this movie https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1BjBEVl24eA

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately we will not be able to incorporate VIRL into our labs at this time.

Yes, VIRL would be very useful in our NetAcad CCNP teaching!

I agree with you, CCNP contents go beyond what Packet Tracer can offer.
Regarding the hardware bundles available it's good for CCNA level which provides students the opportunity to have a look and feel of being a network admin. But for CCNP level real hardware turns into a time consuming adjusting physical topology to the current lab. Even CCIE practical exam went from physical to virtual.
Virl is the next step and conditions should be created between NETACAD and VIRL so that we can offer it to our students while enrolled in our classes.
It's time to change and the right time is... now! :)
