A problem with packet tracer
Hi all,
I am having trouble with Packet tracer, the simulation that encompass a solar PV, a meter, a battery and 5 bulbs. I have set up the network as required, but when I click to use the IoT cable, it had two small circles at the beginning and end, and none of the bulbs light (become green). I an not sure of the two problems are related. sorry for the previous post; wireless router to PC by straight cable is possible because connected to Ethernet port then its fine.

Customise Date/Format
Time to raise this again (Last ticket is Closed - In Cold Storage with 111 votes). Canvas does not support customisable and 24 hour time/date formats because ... I believe that the format is hard coded or something..
It beggars belief that Cisco would even choose an LMS platform for global implementation knowing that this was not customisable. Please, please give serious consideration to this feature. Poor Spanish translation
Current Spanish curricula is poorly translated. There are some technical words that even if are originally in English, are used in the same way in Spanish. One specific example of this issue is related with the word broadcast, but Spanish version 6.0 includes this word translated as "difusión" and it doesn't reflect the right meaning in networking.
Also there are some words that should be translated, for example "routing" should be translated as "enrutamiento" but hasn't be translated and it produces wrong translations like "routing estático" but it should be translated as "enrutamiento estático".1 voteReferred to Helpdesk · AdminSandra Ray (Customer Support Director, or Executive, Cisco Networking Academy) respondedThank you for the suggestion. Place the student's name in the upper part of the text of the certificate, to avoid hiding his name

I am find a mistake in the curriculum

I am find a mistake in the curriculum in CCNA Routing and switching chapter 1 in point 1.3.1.4 in the activity there is something wrong in drag and drop buttons they are not putting in the right places.

Bulk Deacttivation
I think it would be nice if the bulk deactivation would make it possible to deactivate all assessments for all students. I have tried this several times ever since Canvas was introduced as platform, at it has never worked for any of my groups. Tried it again a few minutes ago, with the same result.

Allow early access to material
We used to be able to select/deselect the option "Users can only participate in the course between these dates" in the course settings page. I typically allow students to enroll early and used to be able to give them access to the material ahead of time. This is no longer possible.
Please bring back this feature.

The root port of SW4 switch should be Fa0/2 and not Fa0/1

Online Materials of Introduction of IoE
I find the online materials of Introduction of IoE very informative with various formats. However, all materials except for the videos are printed in Chinese which slows down my speed of reading as I'm not used to reading computer jargons in Chinese.
Luckily, there is an English version for the post-assessment.
It is hoped that there is an English version for the course materials.

CCNA1 Chapter 3 test question
The following question causes confusion as it is not an accurate in the data that is encapsulated. The packet encapsulates the data segment with logical addressing. The logical address is not what is encapsulated, it encapsulates the segment.

Uploading student CSV
It is almost exactly as painful to write all the student information out into the CSV as it is to just do it by hand. Firstly, why can I not download the information so that I could just copy paste it instead of having to reference it, secondly, if a unique key such as email address or institution ID is required then why would we need to fill out anything else, and thirdly I don't even have a institution ID field for anybody and if it is created then I have no idea what it is, nor do I want…

Individuals do have the option to download student information into a CSV file in the new user experience pages. In addition, the institution id is not required to be filled out.
