Provide solutions to assessment problems on Student Accessible FAQ page
We run a very large Academy with ~900 students every year undertaking CCNA, as such when problems occur we have a lot of them to deal with. One issue is when students undertake assessments. While the final assessments are in a supervised classroom, the individual module tests are for feedback and done on students own devices.
Two recent problems which have occured in the past include:
1) The questions in a NetAcademy test are blank. This is apparently due to browser configurations, yet it is hard for teaching staff to remember this and burdening the support line for a problem…1 vote -

Netacad Login fails the first time !!!
The first login attempt to Netacad fails every time. Please FIX it !!!

Remove courses
There should be a way to remove a course that was never public, or have no student.

While this is not encouraged we do understand there are times a course is accidently created and it needs to be deleted. This can be done by going to the course, click on settings, and then on the right side of the page is the option to delete.
You can also conclude courses but we do not recommend this feature as it removes students from your class. The new I’m Teaching view allows you to sort by open and closed courses.

Make User Login to PT 7 (and 6.3) working!!!
By clicking User Login NOTHING happens (I guess thousands of Instructors have the same problem...), while by clicking Guest Login,
the default browser (Chrome 51.0.2704.106 m) starts on the URL: https://www.netacad.com/ptguestlogin/ that then becomes: https://www.netacad.com/campaign/ptdt-2,
and then the 15" count-down of Guest starts, allowing the user to enter PT, upon a Guest confirmation.My PC is a Win 10 Home, with Java 1.8.0_65 and last Flash Win 22.0.0.192.

Current Browser Support
Can we please get a comprehensive list of which browsers are fully supported in the test environment so as to avoid issues of students being unable to view parts of some questions if using the "wrong" browser

We are working on updating the recommendation FAQ posted in Cisco NetAcad. Cisco NetAcad will work best on one of the latest two versions of Firefox or Chrome.

Assesment re-enable problem
Only one student can not take CH8 PT exam, because he saw:" Instructor must re-enable.", but I as Instructor saw:"enable" and disable didnt work. (He didnt start this assesment before.) So we waited until assesment expired and then I try to start assesment again. BUT! I cant see this student on the Student card on this assesment! What can I do? "Help" on main page doesnt work.

Academy field name on Portuguese versions of certificates appears as University Name (Nome da Universidade)
I noticed today that the certificates of the Netacad courses in Portuguese, appear the field University Name instead of the field Academy Name. I suggest you change it so that this field appears as in the English versions, because not all academies are universities. I believe the most correct is that the field is Academy Name.
Let's imagine the following: A student presents a Netacad certificate in a company to apply for a job, in his certificate it appears that the institution where he completed the netacad course (in Portuguese) appears as a university, but does not exist no university…

See the curricula downloaded locally on a PC or Server
Viewing the pictures in the curricula pages, if downloaded locally, has become impossible (to me) because of issues with Flash and Shockwave (files .swf), regardless if I use Chrome, Explorer, Edge (they would have an internal Flash Player) or Firefox (which uses the system Flash).
No way I install, enable, permit, allow, the execution of Flash content, the figures or the animations or movies do not show up at all. Either I see a rolling wheel, or the VLC icon in a gray background, or nothing... :-(
Can still anybody use the currucula locally???

I have created a case for you with our support desk. Please look for an email from them.

Filter sending messages over the different academy users
For example, in our ITC academy, if I want to send a message only to instructors .. I can`t.

ASCs do have the ability to send a message to all of the academies they support. If you have any questions on the ASC process please contact the Support Desk.

Reduce pass Mark for tests
Current pass rates are very high with tests on each chapter. It will be good if the test pass Mark can be reduced

Search a student
A old student came for asking certificate; he has forgot his ID also ; i have many classes i am not able to locate which class he is from; is there any option or a search section so that i can type the student name and search his name in the academy

PLEASE RETURN US THE STUDENT'S EMAIL - URGENT !!!
Since few days, the email of every student, previously shown aside the student name under the People and Grades tags, has disappeared.
Please re-establish this column, we need the student's email very often!!!

Adding users in bulk
WHY can we not add users via a mass upload form???

Connecting Networks Ch 3 PT skills assessment
This assessment is launching variables, but the instructions and the topology naming conventions do not match. This was with multiple students (around 15) launching it at the same time. It seemed to be a mixture of the topology and the activity instructions, but nobody had the topology and names that matched in a single instance.
